Providing owners with a tried and tested formula, the convertible Viking 70 remains one of the best sports fishing motor yachts on the market today. First debuted by the American shipyard at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in October 2010, she is built to run fast and fish hard while delivering winning results in tournaments to her owners. Measuring 21.3 meters in length, she is lighter, faster and stronger than many sports yachts in her class and features a four-stateroom layout for longer journeys.

Designed to tackle difficult and challenging conditions across long distances at high speeds, the Viking 70’s low angular profile and long, flat foredeck put her in a distinctive class of her own. Her sleek, nearly aggressive exterior styling is designed to break large waves while remaining steady out on the open waters. She is the result of technological innovations over the past decades providing owners with the top-of-the-line build quality. Featuring carbon fiber throughout her deckhouse, combined with traditional materials such as wooden teak, she provides a quiet sense of luxury throughout.

Her flybridge houses a spacious upper cockpit area with room for up to three helm seats. Additional seating for guests is located forward on the flybridge, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. Her main deck aft features outdoor seating for enjoying the view and room for a fighting chain. Access to the engine room is via a hatch in the mezzanine, where twin MTU engines give her a top speed of 42 knots and a cruising speed between 32 and 34 knots. An electric door opens to her full-beam main salon, an inviting open space including an L-shaped sofa with a day head. Leading into her galley, it features an island with a granite counter, under-counter refrigeration and bar stools. Adjacent to the dinette that seats four, this layout further enhances opportunities for socializing onboard.

The Viking 70 is able to comfortably accommodate up to eight overnight guests in four well-appointed staterooms. Located forward,  this includes a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and king-sized bed. The VIP en suite stateroom is located in the bow and offers nearly as much room as the master suite, while two additional guest cabins feature bunk beds and a shared bathroom.
